Thank you for shopping with Padel Armor. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the listed product price.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays & Issues
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Padel Armor is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@padel-armor.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@padel-armor.com. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of any damage. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
